Refurbishment of farm buildings

Waterrail Roofing Services Ltd were invited by the Works Manager of the Estates Department to price for the Refurbishment of farm buildings for a change of use to a Forestry Workshop, equipment and timber store.
Single skin asbestos cement cladding sheets were replaced using 200 sq. metres of Olive Green Plastsiol coated steel cladding panels, other works included the removal of steelwork, concrete footings, doors and heavy section galvanised steel decking sheets and provision of new roller shutter doors, steelwork, rooflights, gutters, down pipes, mess room and offices.
